Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns: Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
